Valerie O'Riordan is mostly to be found scavenging chocolate from vending machines.

I'm an Irish writer based in Manchester, where I completed my MA (2010) and PhD (2016) in Creative Writing. My most recent work can be seen online in The Manchester Review (Vol 19) and Tin House and in print in The Lonely Crowd, Vol 7, and LitMag, Vol. 1. I'm on twitter here. I co-edit Bookmunch and I'm a senior editor at The Forge Literary Magazine.
